Advantages and structure principle of axial flow check valve
The axial flow check valve absorbs the advanced technology and combines the actual working conditions to develop and design the high-performance check valve. The valve disc has the characteristics of light weight, sensitive action, short stroke, pressure loss within allowable range, no impact, no noise and no limitation of installation position when closing. The pressure difference is the main factor to keep the valve closed, and the spring only adds a small amount of recoil force. This feature makes the spring’s elastic force very small, and the spring’s response is very sensitive. When the fluid begins to flow backward, the valve disc can give force to the valve disc, so that the valve disc can quickly respond and return to the seat, so as to ensure that the valve has a long service life without damage.
